Hunters Village has 35 units of which all are owner occupied, and no owner owns more than one unit. No special assessments have been charged recently and no special assessments are planned for 2021/2022. (Updated: 06/07/2022)

We collect 2 months of dues ($180) up front at closing and then after the first two months dues are $90 each month.

Home owners are required to maintain their own "limited common area" as well as their entire home and carry full insurance policy. The HOA only maintains the common area not assigned to units and the roadways in addition to board of directors and theft insurance. In 2015 Hunters Village Way looked into becoming FHA approved and our Regency Mortgage Planner informed us that "Where these are all detached condos, there’s no need for the development to go thru the FHA Delrap or Hrap process. They are handled like a single family home".
