5/15/2016 Dumpster Rental, Spring Clean Up, and Gate

Dear Homeowners,

Based on feedback from many of you we will be working on having loam delivered and dumped across from Unit #28 by the white fence. Please feel free to use this loam as needed around your property.

We have also scheduled Dumpster Depot to deliver a 15 cubic yard dumpster on Thursday, June 2nd and it will be down by the trash area for the weekend. Please feel free to use the dumpster. No Liquids, hazards material, light bulbs, car batteries, paints, etc. Please let us know if you have any appliances including computers or monitors.

Daniel Sturm should be here the 14/15th to do the spring clean up and mulching. He is contracting with another company to sweep up any remaining sand around HVW.

Finally we discussed the gate and other than a few homeowners that felt that we should continue to keep one end closed we have not heard much feedback. For now we are planning to hold off and discuss with everyone at the Annual Meeting in October. As always if you have any major concerns please let us know.
