Dear Homeowners,
Here are a few important updates you may want to be aware of from the annual meeting. Minutes of the meeting are still being completed and will be sent out once they are finalized and approved.
1. Gate at HVW / Mapleton Rd. will open 11/1/16 and remain open
2. Gate at HVW / Sewall St. will close 12/1/16 and remain closed
3. The board will bring in a dumpster in the spring for homeowners
4. The board will provide loam for lawn repair again in the spring
5. 2016 City Waste schedule (attached) for fall yard waste pick up schedule
6. The next HOA Board meeting will be November 15th at 6:30pm
***Just a FYI, on Wednesday night or early Thursday morning, 98 had their trash barrel stolen from their driveway. If someone sees it, can you please return it to them? 98 HVW Eric & Kristina Hayford***
